Account data (email, country), search history when logged in, favorites, price alerts, technical logs (truncated IP, browser), cookies (see cookie policy). No sale of personal data for third-party advertising.

Providing the comparator (contract), service improvement (legitimate interest), newsletter (consent), anonymised analytics (consent where required), legal obligations.
4Retention
Active account: relationship duration + 3 years after last activity. Logs: up to 12 months. Newsletter: until unsubscribe.
5Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent. Contact privacy@volade.com — response within one month. You may complain to your supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
6Transfers outside the EU
Some processors (hosting, analytics) may be outside the EU. Appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are used where required.
