Merchant links may be affiliate links. Volade is not party to your purchase contract with the merchant. Always verify total price, delivery and returns on the merchant site before payment.
4Liability
Volade strives for accuracy but does not guarantee completeness, stock availability or permanent price accuracy. Volade is not liable for indirect damages from use of the comparator.
5User account
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Volade may suspend accounts for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use.
6Changes
Volade may update these terms. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7Governing law
French law applies. French courts have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
