As a seller of digital goods and services at a distance, Volade undertakes to comply with the French Consumer Code (in particular Articles L.111-1, L.112-1, L.217-3 and L.221-5) and to guarantee the mandatory protection granted to European consumers.

To guarantee data sovereignty and GDPR compliance, all data — including personal, subscription and payment data — is hosted in the European Paris (France) region of the European Union, under a data-processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.

4. Domain name, trademark and security

• Domain name: volade.com, registered with the registrar InternetBS (https://www.internetbs.net).
• Trademark: "Volade" is a trademark and trade name operated by its founder. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement under Articles L.713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
• Security: the entire site is served over HTTPS (free Let's Encrypt TLS certificate managed by Caddy), protecting against data theft, impersonation and injection attacks.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the website — texts, visuals, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, domain name, databases, source code, software, extensions, plugins, applications and downloadable content — are the exclusive property of Volade or its partners and are protected by French and international law (French Intellectual Property Code, notably Articles L.111-1, L.112-2, L.113-1, L.122-4 and L.342-1).

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Volade, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement, punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (up to €300,000 fine and 3 years' imprisonment).

Protection of software: computer programs (browser extensions, CMS plugins, desktop applications, mobile applications, scripts) are protected by copyright (Article L.112-2, 13° CPI) and by their end-user licence. Any unauthorised copying, disassembly, decompilation or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Protection of databases: the data and databases produced by Volade are protected under Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Personal data and GDPR

The processing of personal data collected on the website is described in our Privacy Policy, compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French data protection law of 6 January 1978 (as amended).

Volade applies a principle of data minimisation: only the data strictly necessary for the service is collected, and no data is ever sold or resold. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable at privacy@volade.com.

7. Cookies

The website only uses cookies strictly necessary for its technical operation (language preferences, session) and, where applicable, anonymised audience measurement. No advertising or profiling cookie is placed. No consent banner is displayed. See our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy.

8. Terms of use and terms of sale

The use of the website and products is governed by our Terms of Use. Purchases and subscriptions are governed by our Terms of Sale, established in accordance with the French Consumer Code and Commercial Code.

9. Liability

Volade makes its best efforts to ensure the accuracy and updating of published information, without being able to guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. The website may contain links to third-party websites for which Volade is not responsible for content or practices. Volade's liability may only be invoked in the event of proven fault, within the limits provided by law and by the Terms of Use and of Sale. For consumers, the legal guarantees set out in Articles L.217-3 et seq. and L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code remain fully applicable.

10. Website availability

Volade implements reasonable means to ensure permanent and secure access. However, availability may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure (network failure, provider outage, malicious acts). Such interruptions do not entitle you to compensation, except where provided by law.

11. Applicable law, contract language and disputes

This website is subject to French law. The contract language offered to the consumer is French; the other language versions are provided for convenience and prevail only to the extent they do not contradict the French version.
