• « Volade »: the publisher of the service at volade.com, a sole proprietorship / micro-enterprise software publisher.
• « User »: anyone with a Volade account or using our extensions, free or paid.
• « Extension »: CMS plugin (WordPress), browser extension, mobile app or desktop software published in the Volade ecosystem.
• « Volade SDK »: software library embedded in each extension, handling authentication, gamification, licenses and API communication.
• « Free account »: optional access offering cloud sync, XP, badges, referrals and extended features per extension.
• « V+ Premium »: paid subscription unlocking premium on all Volade extensions, within your plan's site limit.
• « Site »: WordPress install (or other supported platform) identified by URL and linked to your license via the SDK.
• « Usage data »: aggregated, anonymized metrics collected to improve the product (product analytics, technical events).

Volade provides a multi-platform digital extensions ecosystem focused on CMS. Currently shipped: 15 WordPress and WooCommerce extensions published in the public catalog. Extensions work standalone without a Volade account; a free account and V+ Premium unlock additional features per product.

Volade may evolve the catalog, features, APIs and supported platforms according to the public roadmap.

• You must provide a valid email and unique username, or sign in via OAuth (Google, GitHub) through Supabase Auth.
• You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
• One account per person or legal entity is required; account sharing is prohibited unless agreed in writing.
• Volade may suspend or delete an account for breach of these terms, fraud, API abuse or attacks on infrastructure.

You must not:

• Bypass, disable or modify technical or license limits (free, account, V+).
• Abuse the Volade API: mass requests, scraping, brute-force, denial of service, rate-limit circumvention.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Volade servers, databases, hosted source code or admin areas.
• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute premium extensions, the SDK or V+ access without written authorization.
• Compromise the security of the service, other users or connected sites.
• Use Volade for illegal, defamatory, fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate others or create mass fake accounts.

• The Volade API (volade.com/api) is reserved for authorized extensions and authenticated accounts. Calls are rate-limited (approx. 120 requests/minute per IP).
• API keys (X-API-Key) and Bearer tokens are strictly confidential. Report any compromise immediately to hello@volade.com.
• Volade may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the API for maintenance, security or evolution, with reasonable notice when possible.
• Data exchanged via the API is processed per our Privacy policy.
• Using the API for reverse engineering, unauthorized competitive benchmarking or data extraction is prohibited.

Extensions, the Volade SDK, volade.com interfaces, the Volade brand, logos, documentation, proprietary algorithms and non-GPL code are protected by French and international intellectual property law.

Unless stated otherwise, Volade grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license limited to your own sites or professional use under your plan.

WordPress plugin source code under GPL-2.0-or-later remains subject to that license for covered parts. This does not grant rights to the Volade SDK, cloud services or non-distributed premium parts.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of volade.com content or assets constitutes infringement.

Volade reserves all rights not expressly granted. Breach may result in immediate account termination, license deactivation and legal action.

Without prior written authorization from Volade, you must not:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Volade SDK, binaries or non-GPL extension parts.
• Copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the SDK, interfaces, internal documentation or Volade databases.
• Publish, disclose or commercially exploit non-public technical information obtained via the service.
• Use automated tools to map, scan or probe Volade infrastructure beyond normal service use.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, licenses or watermarks in extensions or the SDK.

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy. Connected extensions send no data until you enable Volade features and sign in.

Volade collects aggregated, pseudonymized usage data (analytics events, product metrics, conversion funnels) to improve services, detect anomalies and measure extension adoption. Processing is based on legitimate interest or your consent depending on tracker type.

You can export your data from Volade settings in each connected extension and exercise GDPR rights at privacy@volade.com.

Some extensions interact with third-party services (WordPress, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Stripe, Google, GitHub). Volade is not responsible for their availability, privacy policies or changes.

TikTok Shop Sync for WooCommerce transmits product/order data to TikTok Shop per your configuration. You remain responsible for GDPR, e-commerce and marketplace compliance for your end customers.

PHP Compatibility Checker runs scans locally on your server; no scan data is sent to Volade without your explicit action.

• You are solely responsible for configuration, backups and security of your WordPress sites.
• Volade is not liable for data loss, store downtime or sanctions from misconfigured third-party integrations.

Volade strives to keep the site, API and cloud services available (Vercel hosting, Supabase EU) without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary outages.

Extensions are provided « as is ». Volade is not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, data loss, business harm) from using extensions on your sites.

You remain solely responsible for site configuration, backups, WordPress/PHP updates and regulatory compliance of your own activities.

You may delete your account anytime by contacting privacy@volade.com. V+ cancellation is governed by the Terms of sale. After cancellation, extensions keep free features; premium ends when the paid period expires.

Volade may terminate or suspend access immediately for serious breach, especially IP infringement, API abuse or license fraud.

Volade may update these Terms of use. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under French courts, subject to mandatory EU consumer rules.
