V+ Premium is a single subscription covering premium features across all shipped Volade extensions (WordPress plugins, Volade SDK). Three plans:

Prices incl. VAT in euros. The yearly plan equals 10 months billed (2 months free). Prices at checkout apply; see the V+ Premium pricing für die aktuellen Preise.

• Subscriptions are completed online on volade.com after creating or signing in to your Volade account (email/password or Google/GitHub OAuth).
• Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (card and methods available in your country). Volade does not store full card détails.
• Your order is confirmed by email and V+ status is activated immediately on your account and connected sites.
• A free Volade account is required to subscribe to V+ Premium.
• By completing payment, you accept these Terms of sale and waive the right of withdrawal for the current period (digital content activated immediately).
• Volade may refusé or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, abuse or breach of the Terms of use.

The subscription runs for the selected period (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder before each yearly renewal when required by law. Renewal is charged automatically via Stripe using your saved payment method.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after payment when you have expressly agreed to immediate access before the withdrawal period ends.

When subscribing, you agree to immediate V+ Premium activation and waive withdrawal for the current billing period. You may still cancel for future periods (see Cancellation).

• You may cancel anytime from your Volade account area or by contacting hello@volade.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no pro-rata refund is due for the current period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
• In case of non-payment, abusive chargeback or fraud, Volade may suspend premium access immediately and terminate without notice.
• After cancellation, extensions keep their free features; premium limits apply again.
• Volade may terminate a subscription for serious breach of the Terms of use (license circumvention, resale, attacks on infrastructure).

Each plan allows premium Volade use on a limited number of distinct sites (WordPress installs by URL), except Agency (unlimited sites). Site ↔ license linking is done via your Volade account and the SDK embedded in each extension. Exceeding the site quota requires upgrading your plan. Rechnungen werden elektronisch ausgestellt und sind in Ihrem Kontobereich oder auf Anfrage unter hello@volade.com verfügbar. Abrechnungsdaten werden gemäß den französischen Buchhaltungspflichten 10 Jahre lang aufbewahrt. Melden Sie Abrechnungsfehler innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

V+ Premium provides access to digital software features. Volade strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted opération or bug-free software.

Extensions are provided « as is ». Volade disclaims implied warranties of compatibility with all themes, third-party plugins or server configurations.

Volade's liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the customer for V+ in the last 12 months, except gross negligence or fraud.

V+ grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use premium features, limited to sites authorized by your plan.

No transfer of intellectual property rights is made. The Volade SDK source code, volade.com interfaces and non-GPL parts of extensions remain Volade's exclusive property.

Termination or expiry ends the premium license without prejudice to prior obligations.

Bei Beschwerden über Ihr Abonnement kontaktieren Sie hello@volade.com. Bei ungelösten Streitigkeiten können EU-Verbraucher die Europäische Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung nutzen: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Gemäß französischem Verbraucherrecht können Sie auch einen Verbrauchermediator einschalten.

Volade may change V+ Premium pricing. Any increase applies to the next renewal period, with at least 30 days' notice by email before the due date. You may cancel before renewal if you do not accept the new prices.

Volade is not liable for failure or delay due to force majeure (hosting outage, major cyberattack, natural disaster, government action, etc.).

If force majeure lasts more than 30 days, the subscription may be suspended without refund for the affected period.

These Terms of sale are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory EU consumer protections, French courts have jurisdiction.
