## D-Day — Audit & staging purge (2–4 h)

1. Install Plugin Usage Detector on staging
2. Run **Full audit** preset + JSON export
3. Analyze overlaps and trust breakdown
4. Deactivate in batches (max 3) — test front + checkout
5. Delete inactive `zombie_bloat` with no runtime risk
6. **PHP Compatibility Checker** post-purge scan
7. Final JSON export → client folder `/plugin-audit/`

**Immediate rollback if:** checkout broken, forms dead, fatal error not resolved in 15 min.
