## D-2 — Preparation

## D-Day — Production switch (1 h – 2 h)

1. SQL + files backup **immediately before** PHP change
2. Switch PHP via host panel (8.3 or validated target)
3. Verify home, wp-admin, test checkout (5 min)
4. Enable `WP_DEBUG_LOG` for 24 h on shared hosting
5. Notify client: "PHP migration complete"
6. Archive PCC report + switch date in agency folder

## D+1 / D+2 — Monitoring
