## D-2 — Preparation

## D-Day — Core switch (45 min – 2 h)

1. Verify CVS diagnostics (ZIP, PHP, permissions, lock)
2. Apply preset or set manual target
3. **Dashboard → Updates → Reinstall**
4. Tests: front, wp-admin, checkout (5 min)
5. JSON export → client folder `/core-maintenance/`
6. Deactivate legacy WP Downgrade if present

**Immediate rollback if:** DB error, checkout down, fatal error unresolved in 15 min.
