# WooSidebars migration runbook → Conditional Sidebars by Volade

1. **Inventory** — active plugins, widgets per sidebar, Widgets screen screenshots.
2. **Staging** — install CSB without disabling WooSidebars until import is validated.
3. **Import** — *Import from WooSidebars* button in CSB dashboard.
4. **Verification** — compare imported sidebar/rule counts vs expectations.
5. **Widgets** — reassign if zone IDs changed (`csb-*`).
6. **Tests** — 10 URLs: home, blog, 3 categories, shop, product, static page.
7. **Disable WooSidebars** — only after tests pass.
8. **JSON export** — archive for client.
9. **Production** — short maintenance window; rollback = re-enable WooSidebars + restore JSON.
